General questions
HOW LONG CAN I STAY AT THE MUSEUM?
The museum consists of two components. Our multimedia show starts every 20 minutes. To maximize the visitor experience, we recommend that you enter the show at the exact beginning as it builds dramaturgically. At the end of the show, it is up to the visitor to stay and watch the show again (We recommend to watch it twice.). After the third run, the show room should be left to allow later visitors an undisturbed experience. At the subsequent exhibition areayou can stay as long as you want. We recommend to schedule one hour for your visit to the museum.
IS THE MUSEUM BARRIER-FREE?
Despite the limited space, we make every effort to provide barrier-free access to the museum. The ground level entrance can be easily reached without overcoming steps. Log in to our service stuff to be taken to the lower level of the museum via an elevator. Here you can move freely and independently. After leaving the premises in the basement, please contact the staff, which will gladly accompany you back to the exit via the elevator. Pre-registration is not necessary.
ARE THERE HEALTHY RISKS TO BE OBSERVED?
The special kind of cinematic performance leads to a particularly intense experience of dramatic historical events.
